UL Certification Process for Steel Beams and Columns

Beam	1.After integrating the beam and the deck plate, concrete is placed and manufactured into a structure, fireproof test shall be conducted continuously for 1 to 4 hours, and the result shall show a constant tendency. 2.With both ends of the beam constrained, perform a fireproof test with the maximum load that the actual structure can handle.
Column	1. Unlike in Korea, a fireproof test is performed for 1 to 4 hours by applying different fireproof coating thicknesses to the columns of various sizes. 2.Measure the specific heat, density, thermal conductivity, and other physical properties of the coating material and conduct a fireproof simulation using the results. 3.The actual fireproof test results and simulation results using physical property values shall be passed only when it is consistent having the tendency, and can get a formula for calculating the coating thickness for all types of members can be obtained.
